Hot Springs

The hot springs in San Miguel de Allende are heated by remaining activity in the Taxco-San Miguel de Allende fault system. It’s this activity that heats up over 130 thermal hot springs and wells in the area, some to 40C/104F. There are several hot springs near San Miguel and you can spend several hours bathing in the soothing hot water. The trip to the thermal waters will include personalized meditation accompanied with prehispánic flutes & then typical local cuisine in Atotonilco. Then we go to a beautiful setting to enjoy a Sound healing with or without guides meditation. $3400 pesos per person.

Exploring Downtown San Miguel

Downtown San Miguel is a UNESCO world heritage site and has a lot to offer as a small town. Mena will take you to some of her favorite places, bars, and restaurants in town. You can also find one of her paintings at the Bella Artes! Mena will also take you on a trip to local galleries & meeting local artists. After the walk we can have lunch in a typical Mexican restaurant. $2300 pesos per person.

Hiking and a Traditional Meal

Mena and Briam knows many hiking trails and local households in the mountains near San Miguel. Walking meditation in nature up the ancient volcano caldera with or without a guided meditation in nature with prehispanic instruments. After the walk in nature, we will go to enjoy local cuisine outside of San Miguel Allende with a beautiful view of mountains & hills. $2800 pesos per person.
